The 1Call Division of Amtelco announced that the Sixth Annual 1Call Leadership Conference and Training Seminar will be held September 18-20, 2012, at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club, located in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. The Leadership Conference and Training Seminar covers topics for both management and operational staff.
Several joint sessions are planned for the entire group, along with separate sessions geared towards specific topics of interest for management, and topics for operational staff. Incorporating both types of sessions benefits all attendees, making it ideal for administrators, managers, supervisors, and lead operators. Attendees always find the networking opportunities to be extremely beneficial as well.

In other Amtelco news, they will be an exhibitor at Cisco Live 2012, which will be held June 10-14 in San Diego. Amtelco is a Cisco Registered Developer Technology Partner, providing call center software solutions to a variety of markets, with a focus on healthcare.
